Expense reimbursement is as follows:

15s Match

• $100 for 1st XV.
• $50 for 2nd XV.
• Mileage reimbursement equal to 100% of current IRS rate.
• Must provide the match report at RefUp before any reimbursement is given,

Assistant Referee

• Assistant reimbursement: $25.
• Must be assigned by RSV Scheduler or President prior to the match.

Referee Coach

• Coach reimbursement: $50.
• No mileage.
• Full day charge. Charge and reimbursement are negotiable depending on distance and event.

15s Tournament

• $50/day (full day; less than a full day is negotiated)
• Mileage reimbursement equal to 100% of current IRS rate.
• Any charges for accommodations will be handled by the host club and will be negotiated between the host club and the Referees Society.
• Unless told otherwise, the Tournament Head Referee will consolidate referee expenses and will provide to the Treasurer.

7s Tournament

• $50/day (full day; less than a full day is negotiated)
• Any referee traveling more than 30 miles (one way) will receive mileage at 100% of the current IRS rate.
• Overnight accommodations will be negotiated between the host club and the Referees Society.
• Unless told otherwise, the Tournament Head Referee will consolidate referee expenses and will provide to the Treasurer.
